Google Glass Not Coming To Best Buy in 2014
Confirmed today by Google’s Chris Dale, Google Glass will not be coming to Best Buy in 2014 and not for $299.
This could mean a variety of things, that Google will be selling it for more or less, but it was also rumored a while back that Best Buy offered up to 6,000 square feet of store space to Google to rent for their new products.
Google has clearly not pulled the trigger on any deal with Best Buy as the Tweet makes it pretty clear from Chris Dale.
However, this does not mean that a potential deal couldn’t happen, and it also doesn’t mean that Google Glass will be uber expensive. In reality, it could be way cheaper than we think any be closer to that $300 mark so people can afford it.
